Posted by Marigrace Pilger on

Hello mental health champions, how are you doing?  I wanted to post one more time about therapy. I got a great amount of responses on my last post and I thought that maybe instead of talking about my own experience with therapy, I will talk about how to help you find the best therapist for you. I know that many people are trying to find the right person for them and if I can help in any way is what matters to me.  So first off, we are so lucky in this day in age that we have options in...

Hello mental health champions, how are you doing?  I am sorry that I have been absent for a couple weeks. I have been so busy with work and school and my health first and foremost. Stuck at Home

Hello mental health champions, how are you doing?  Today I wanted to chat about the current state of the world we are living in. And I think when I say this, everyone knows exactly what I mean- COVID. We all know that Covid has shocked our entire world and although I literally want to scream every time I hear Covid or Coronavirus, it is important to talk about, especially with how this has all impacted mental health. In the beginning of the Covid outbreaks, I think for one of the first times ever, people that never had anxiety, experienced what...
