Posted by Marigrace Pilger on

Hello mental health champions, how are you doing?  Today I wanted to talk about the importance of hope and faith when you’re battling a mental health crisis. I personally have struggled off and on my entire life with mental health disorders and many times, crises. Now everyone may have their own thoughts and opinions on this and I think that is amazing. Panic Attacks and Getting Help at School

Posted by Marigrace Pilger on

I would even go further to say that I believe each student should be allowed 3-5 days of mental health days throughout the year. I know if I had these, I would have felt a lot safer and...

How Depression Impacts Me

Posted by Marigrace Pilger on

Hello mental health champions, how are you doing?   I recently put up a poll on our Love-Brain Instagram asking you all about what you wanted me to talk about! The majority of you said you wanted to know about how I handle depression and how it impacts me.  For me, I sometimes don’t even know I am depressed until things start to get out of hand. It’s crazy how sometimes your body and certain parts of your brain know you’re sad, but the other part of your brain doesn’t pick up on it until the signs become obvious. Depression for...
